    I got the wire out of the brush head and got the grommet free, but now I cannot squeeze the grommet enough to get it back through the hole with the wire in it. Any hints?

    A:

    They make a special grommet tool, but generally a larger pair of pliers to really squeeze the grommet is best.

Had to modify the plug end of the cord to fit, but otherwise fine.

Part went in with no problem. I bought two sets of this along with matching power head socket and switch. This design seems to have about a two year use cycle before the plugs on the power head start to arc and fail based on the last time I did this.

Had to trim the rubber around the plugs to fit our power head, but it was easily done and works well.
