  I currently have the EBK 341. this is none adjustable height & is heavy. How much does the EBK361 weight? Is there a light? Also what is the height?

  A:

  The head weighs 6 lbs.  No light. The height is 4 1/2" to fit under furniture, etc.

  Can you turn on and off the roller brush on the Universal EBK361 Powerhead?

  You cannot.  Most hoses allow for this feature though.

  What voltage is the power head?

  The powerhead requires 120V from the hose.  It draws about 2 amps.

  I currently have a Beam system with the rug master plus powerhead. It has a 3 prong electrical connector on the powerhead cord. It looks like this one only has a 2 prong connector. Will this powerhead work with my Beam hose or do I need to purchase a new hose too? I need to know this before I spend this much money. Thanks.

  This powerhead will work with your 3-prong handle.  The old rugmaster's typically only had 2 prongs as it was.

  Can I get an 2 prong connector adapter for my 3 prong connector.

  They have a 3 prong female to a 2 prong male.  It is designed to adapt a 2 prong hose handle.  It really depends on how you are trying to use it.  Please call in to discuss.  800-533-3249
