M&S DMC-10AWP Audio Input Wall Plate

The Audio Input Wall Plate is for use with the DMC-10H Structured Wire Intercom Hub. It has one pair of color-coded left-right RCA jacks and mounts in a single-gang J-box. This audio input wall plate provides an audio termination point for connection of an external music source to the DMC-10 system.

A local audio source connected to the DMC-10AWP will play monaural sound through each room and patio station's speaker when set to "Listen" mode. The plate has a mini-jack which provides a contact closure for a mute output. The mute output can be connected to an independent music distribution system to mute the audio while the intercom is in use. The DMC-10AWP also features a signal level control and signal overload indicator.
