    I have a Beam Classic 3 Model 297D will the universal direct connect conversion kit work for my central vac system. Note vac system is at least 25 year old. Thank you Rich Sell

    This conversion kit will not work on Beam systems 99% of the time.  Most beam systems used a plastiflex style hose.  This conversion or replacement kit is designed only for Centec hoses.  Please call to see if we can help with repair or replacement parts.

    We have a Hayden superhose II. We need to replace direct connect plug/fuse that goes from the hose end to the electrified hose inlet. Will this piece work?

    The direct connect plug that you need is no longer available.  The only option is to replace the hose with our https://qualityhomesystems.com/product-details/qhs52744/qhs52745/. The hose is available in 30 and 35 ft lengths.
