    I have a central vacuum system its a Silent Master Model S 4 s/n 165223 it wont shut off when the switch on the hose assembly is turned off. What part do I need to order?

    A:

    There are several reasons why this is happening.  There are a number of troubleshooting steps to determine the cause.  It is probably best if you call us when you have the hose ready to insert into the central vacuum inlet.  Tech support is available M-F 8-5:30p and Sat 8-3p EST.
